·        Kitchen wipes down all surfaces and front face of appliances

·        Bathroom scrub and wipe down bath/shower and sink & toilet clean


Regular clean + (weekly/ fortnightly) (1–2-bedroom property from £64, 3+ bedroom property from £84) Subject to onsite quotation

all above plus:

·       radiator clean

·       dusting light fittings*

·       skirting boards

·       wipe down doors

Kitchen:  from £70

Bathroom: from £65

Bedroom: from £30 per room

Bedroom: from £50 per room

·        Extreme clean wipe all reachable surfaces inc windows and sills full property

·        Hoovering / moping full property

·        Wipe down all skirting boards

·        Kitchen appliances wiped down, hob and sink area, white goods and cupboards wiped down in & out

·        Bathroom surfaces wiped down, bath/shower grout and tiles wiped down, sink area scrubbed and wiped and toilet wipe down cupboards

·        Oven and carpet wash can be added if required
