how many hours do i need?
Generally speaking a normal house clean will take about 3 hours
how often do i need to book?
You can book are often and for as long as you like. (minimum 3hrs bookings)
do you do evenings or weekends?
Yes, our cleaners are flexible however on some occasions there may be a surcharge.
am i tied into a contract?
No, we understand peoples situations and circumstances change. Simply just give us a months notice if you wish to amend your service agreement.
are your cleaners vetted and dbs checked?
All our staff have a full DBS check before employment and on a regular basis.
do i need to be home during the clean?
You don't need to be present at the time of clean. We have many clients who supply us with a spare key or use a key safe.
do i need to supply my own cleaning products?
No, all products & equipment are supplied by us.
do you work outside of office hours?
Yes, our cleaners can be flexible.
can i change the times and days of my cleaner?
Yes. However, any changes to the inital terms will require 4 weeks notice.
are the cleaners insured?
Yes, we and our cleaners are fully insured.
